They have been so great to work with while my son has had braces and they have also supported him and his school in their sports programs. His course was exactly as they said it would be. This is an awesome group of people with great communication! They’re so great they’re fitting me at 43 for lnvisalign and have calmed my nerves! Great experience, no pressure or feeling like you’re being pushed to get unnecessary treatment. Would highly recommend.

All staff were kind and professional. They were very responsive. Most importantly, they were focused on the HEALTH and wellbeing of my son rather than trying to merely make money. They didn’t recommend intervention even though it would have been very profitable for them, but unnecessary for us. They were my choice for getting a second opinion from someone who recommended intervention (for cosmetic purposes only), knowing that it would have to be repeated later when his permanent teeth come in.

Best experience!!! The staff is polite and attentive. Everyone was very thorough, Dr. A. surprised me by saying we could wait to start. She explained why and that it was actually better for my son. She did this for my daughter as well, but i thought for sure my son would need to get started as he is missing some permanent teeth and others are crowding in the space. I love the honesty!!! The whole office from the lobby to the very back is super clean. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and taken back within minutes. My son was excited and enjoyed talking to the staff and Dr. A. They included him not just myself when talking about his teeth and how they would go about treatment. I appreciate the respect they showed us both, it is after all HIS teeth.

Canales is hands down the BEST! They truly care about you as a patient and won’t try to sell you things that you don’t need. They also don’t try to start treatments too early if your child still has a lot of growing to do. I have brought all my kids here and have nothing but positive things to say about them!

I’m so happy with the entire experience I’ve had with Canales Orthodontics. Not only are Dr C and Dr A extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable, but their whole staff are so friendly, caring, and do a fantastic job. Everyone really takes the time to listen to your concerns, and address any questions you may have. Half way through my treatment I moved out of state a few hours away, but still drove down every few weeks for my treatments because I didn’t want to go anywhere else. I just got my braces off today and I’m thrilled with the results! I literally can’t stop smiling. I highly recommend Canales!
