Beautiful Smiles for the Whole Family
Whether you’re a parent who wants the best for your child, a busy adult, or a social teen looking for a way to smile confidently with minimal disruption to your lifestyle, our personalized clear aligner treatment options can help you achieve the smile you want.
And with convenient virtual care through DentalMonitoring, you can opt for fewer in-office visits by completing treatment check-ins through your phone — from wherever, and whenever.
Clear Aligners for Kids
Kids’ clear aligners are specially designed for growing smiles. They hold space for incoming permanent teeth and are easy to remove for cleaning — making it easier for your child to build strong dental hygiene habits that last a lifetime.
Clear Aligners for Teens
Teens can live life on their terms (as a social butterfly or laid-back introvert) while their virtually invisible aligners do the work behind the scenes. Compliance indicators allow you to monitor their wear time at a glance.
Clear Aligners for Adults
It’s never too late to start living life with confidence. Clear aligners move with you wherever the day or night takes you, from meetings to margaritas. If you’re just looking to refresh your smile, we’ll create a touch-up treatment plan.
Advantages of Clear Aligners
Invisible
Clear aligners are virtually undetectable when they’re in place! No matter the type of lifestyle you live, you can go about your social and professional life confidently while undergoing treatment. Nobody has to know that you’re transforming your smile.
Comfortable
Made of high-quality, flexible plastic, clear aligners are designed to hug the contours of your teeth. They have smooth, rounded edges, specially designed to fit comfortably in your mouth without causing irritation.
Custom-Designed
Your clear aligners are custom-made just for you. Drs. Angie and Chris use the iTero® digital scanner to create a digital 3D model of your teeth and bite, which is then used to customize each aligner. Each new set is designed to guide your teeth one step closer to their beautiful new formation.
Removable
You can take out your aligners as needed (temporarily) to eat, drink, brush, floss, and for special occasions! You won’t have any dietary restrictions, so all of your favorite foods are still on the table.
Effective
You could start to see improvements in your smile in only a few weeks of treatment. Most treatments are completed within one year, with many touch-up treatments completed in six months or less. (Treatment time varies based on the severity of your condition and your diligence in wearing your aligners as instructed — for a minimum of 22 hours daily.)
Convenient
With DentalMonitoring virtual care, treatment check-ins fit seamlessly into your schedule. Complete quick virtual check-ins through the secure DentalMonitoring app; track your progress in real time; connect virtually with our team, and only visit us in person every 12-16 weeks on average (compared to 4-6 weeks with traditional care).
What to
Expect
Clear aligners come in sets, with one custom-designed clear aligner tray for your top teeth and another tray for your bottom teeth.
You’ll wear each set of aligners for 22 hours a day and two weeks at a time (or as long as your treatment plan indicates). Then, you’ll switch that set out for the next set, which is precisely designed to guide your teeth one step closer to the final result.
Through the DentalMonitoring virtual care app, you’ll be able to follow along with your digital treatment plan, watch your progress, and send messages to our team if you have any questions!

Clear Aligners FAQS
Are clear aligners a good option if I want to straighten my teeth discreetly?
Yes. Clear aligners like Invisalign® and Spark™ are designed to straighten your teeth without the noticeable appearance of traditional braces. They’re also removable, making them a convenient option for patients who want their orthodontic treatment to fit more easily into their daily routine.
Am I a candidate for Invisalign® or Spark™ clear aligners?
Clear aligners can treat many common orthodontic concerns, including crowded or crooked teeth, gaps, and certain bite problems. During your complimentary consultation, Dr. Angie or Dr. Chris Canales will evaluate your teeth and bite and help determine whether clear aligners are a good fit for your smile and treatment goals.
What is the difference between Invisalign® and Spark™ clear aligners?
Invisalign and Spark are both clear aligner treatment options that use a series of custom-made aligners to gradually move your teeth. The best option depends on your individual smile, bite, treatment goals, and orthodontist’s recommendations. During your consultation, we’ll explain your options and help you determine which approach makes sense for you.
Can I get clear aligners if I only need a small smile touch-up?
Yes. Clear aligners can be an option for patients who only want to address minor tooth movement or make a few cosmetic adjustments. Whether you’re correcting a small amount of crowding, closing a gap, or addressing shifting after previous orthodontic treatment, we’ll create a treatment plan based on your specific needs.
How many hours a day do I need to wear clear aligners?
For clear aligners to work as planned, you’ll need to wear them consistently—typically about 22 hours per day. You can remove them for eating, drinking anything other than water, brushing, and flossing. Your orthodontic team will give you specific instructions based on your treatment plan.
Will clear aligners fit into my busy schedule?
For many patients, they can. Clear aligners are removable, and Canales Orthodontics uses DentalMonitoring™ to provide virtual treatment check-ins for eligible patients, helping reduce unnecessary trips to the office. We’ll explain what your appointments and monitoring schedule will look like during your consultation.
How much do Invisalign® and Spark™ clear aligners cost?
The cost of clear aligner treatment depends on your individual treatment needs. Canales Orthodontics offers transparent pricing, accepts most insurance plans, and provides customized interest-free financing options. We’ll review your treatment plan, insurance benefits, and payment options with you so you know what to expect before you begin.
